Thank You, Bartlesville.
Serving you has been one of the greatest honors of my life.
To my friends, neighbors, and everyone who supported me throughout this campaign, thank you.
While the election didn't turn out as we had hoped, my gratitude for this community and the opportunity I've had to serve it hasn't changed.
For decades, Kacy and I have called Bartlesville home. We've raised our family here, built our businesses here, and developed friendships and relationships that mean more to us than I could ever put into words.
Serving on the Bartlesville City Council has been an extension of that commitment.
I'm proud of what we've accomplished together. From investments in our parks and public spaces to supporting local businesses and strengthening our community, the progress we've made belongs to all of Bartlesville.
I also want to congratulate my opponent (JOSH LOCK or INGARD CURTISS) and wish them success in representing Ward 3. Our community is at its best when we work together, even when we don't always agree.
Although my time on the City Council is coming to an end, my commitment to Bartlesville is not.
I'll continue supporting our businesses, encouraging community involvement, and doing my part to make this city an even better place for future generations.
Thank you for your trust, your friendship, and the privilege of serving you.
Bartlesville's best days are still ahead.
With gratitude,
Jim Curd Jr.
Bartlesville City Council, Ward 3
